[Spring trove 2022.]

i would like to see guarantee 3 star crit after a certain amount of keys or increase the % of getting the 3 star crits in trove. its sad when you get only 1, 3 star crit after using over 1200 keys

Depends if you are lucky, I’ve run about 150 runs with about half of them on stage 41 but I’ve only ever gotten 2 drops while I see others get 3 drops in a span of 10 runs 

[Frostbite Illusion Weapon]

I contacted support about it back in January and they won’t do anything about it lol

[365 day premium missing bonus item]

In the patch notes it states that if you purchase the 365 day premium membership between December 19 - January 19 you will receive the frost bite costume set and the illusion weapon skin by January 21st. They never sent the weapon illusion and upon chatting with support they told me they never intended for the weapon illusion to be part of the rewards. They should honor what was posted in their patch notes especially if we paid for the service/items.
