The Relic problem in NA.

Regarding your last announcement as an administrator, you mentioned there would be fixes related to relics and text issues. For us NA players, we are pleased to see the text fixes, but the relic issue has not improved at all. We hope to receive a response that can restore our confidence in this game.

I didn't know there was a problem with this, just opened a Balrok's Glyph, and upon trying to move it to Relic Management it completely disappeared/deleted. Why is there no in-game notice? Why, if you aren't going to fix this in the first patch, would you not simply disallow Relic Management from opening? Like, I'm not even sure what to do here, I have no way to prove it got deleted because there's not even a system message that appears, only one when you open it.

I have the same problem 😞 the relics not registered, disappeared/deleted.

These still disappear into a void never to be seen. On Yura server..

 

Which is funny considering they just added a relic pack to cash shop. Totally worthless.

NCSoft does not recognize that there is a problem because it works perfectly fine in EU.
