Invisible friend in Friends list

Hello,

 

I've return to the game after several years, and I recently meet another French player to play with. They send me a friend request (that I accepted), but I can't find them in my Friends list like if I never recieved or accepted their friend request.

 

Also, my Friends list show that 1/0 of my Friends are online (or 2/1 if another friend in my Friend list is online). I suppose that this "excessive friend" is the player I meet recently, but I can' even message them because they're not shown in my Friend list (and I don't remember their character's name.

 

While searching for a solution, I found that somes players have a "invisible" issue and don't appear in their Friend's Friends list. So maybe they're having that kind of problem. Or maybe the problem is on my side.
