game crash on load

Maybe I am doing something wrong. When I double-click the UE4 shortcut, the NC Launcher load. After clicking the play, the game load but stop before seeing the b&s graphic and then nothing happen.

 

When going into my events viewer, I see the app went into an error in win10x64. The part that confuse me is that It took 2-3 tries yesterday but eventually loaded, seems it's angry at me today and I'm not so lucky.

This happened to me during the transition from UE3 to UE4.

 

Open a CMD and run it as Administrator. Type "netsh winsock reset" without the quotes. Hit enter and wait until confirmation appears, followed by a new command prompt line. At that point restart your computer and try again to connect.

ive been havin problems with the game cause it either kicks me off or it freezes and like it wont even close when i try to close it so i dunno why it gives me so much problems 😞
