Cannot buy more than 20 boxes with hongmoon coin, though it says you can purchase 20x per account each day.
It would be fair to add extra one week for the sale period after fixed it.

Are you EU cause I had this issue on EU as well. I could only buy 8 boxes today instead of the 20 a day you're supposed to be able to buy. The daily buy limit is not resetting

Omg this happened to me too. I could only get 8 boxes today as well instead of the full 20. Now I might not be able to get the outfit I wanted cause of this bug. I am really upset. I sent a support ticket to alert them to the bug but if they don't fix it in time before the boxes leave, I'm really upset.
