Traitor Outfit Drop?

The wiki claims it has a 100% chance of dropping from Mushin's Darkness on the 8th floor of Mushin's Tower. I've beat the guy a couple times now - maybe 5 or 6 times, I wasn't counting - and yet, no outfit. Is it a bug? Is the wiki outdated? If so, how do I obtain it? Am I just doing something wrong? Really not sure what I could be doing wrong with this, so any tips would be helpful

it is not a guaranteed drop, but kill all 3 mushins that floor

It used to always drop 100% from the last of the 3 Mushin's.

 

But i just went there and did it and, no drop.

 

Just take as a rule of thumb not to trust any information you see on wiki's or other such Websites, because they are very outdated at this point

 

Only trust what is written on the Academy or Alice discords.
