Soul Boost Season 3 is IMPOSSIBLE to complete

As the topic says, Soul Boost Season 3 cannot be completed currently, due to the removal of Altar of the Infinite from Demonsbane. Due to this removal, a player cannot do the Stage 1, Stage 2 or Stage 3 objectives for Soul Boost. And this one has no excess points, making it impossible to clear. This needs to be addressed ASAP...why does NCSoft constantly remove content from Demonsbane but also make the Demonsbane versions of those dungeons Soul Boost objectives, knowing full well it WILL break it? This honestly is evidence that they do not play their own game in any capacity.

Players having the same issue should all submit a ticket to support in order to make them fully aware of this inconvenience.

Chimera Stage 1-5 completion is still swap with Altar 1-5 completion ....

Today I tried opening a ticket because I'm missing Chimera Quest to clear stages 2 and 3, as well as Altar of Infinite. Funny enough they told me they will open an investigation... like for the love of God this ALWAYS happens with BnS/NCsoft staff they acted like they don't know a Fxxx. I really hope they do something because is not fair losing the outfit just because.

Same, rejoined the game after a 3 year break. started doing the soulboost system only to run into this exact problem. wrote them a ticket about it and all they had to say was:

We will investigate it, BUT cannot let you know the results of it, please check the forum for more info....

Like for real?  if players encounter a problem, send u tickets about it , then HELL YES do we want to know the results of that investigation.
And this apparently seems to stem from a lazy design choice rather than an actual bug.

It's very likely that NCSoft does not intend to fix this or they would have by now. This is the consequences of how the game is designed and developed by NCSoft, and the fact they do not care for our regions at all.
