the funny part is put battle plaque for sell and make us waist money and contact suport and answer is we dont get refund

It is already the second day without the event, I hope they give an answer or about when it can be solved since this event is linked to the Battle Pass.

Honestly the only recourse at this point is to extend the Battle Pass duration to match the time lost due to the bug, lest it be put into a impossible to clear situation, screwing players out of their money they spent, or refund them in full.

We’re pushing a fix to make the Darkweald available in a few hours. We’ll be compensating players who purchased the Battle Pass before the fix with Battle Pass experience equivalent to two days plus one [Darkweald] Hourglass. Apologies about the inconvenience!

Honestly that's a pretty good fix. The compensation for issues has gotten better the last several months.

To be precise, we'll put a package in the Hongmoon Store with x1 Battle Potion, x40 Darkweald Ores, and 1 [Darkweald] Hourglass.

We released a new version of the client that should give all players access to The Darkweald. The compensation package is also in the Hongmoon Store.
