LFP is rarely used by the player base anymore. Instead, most players recruit for parties via world chat, Ajanara region chat, and Faction chat to find players for content.

In EU LFP is alive, you can find a party for every EM/st1 dungeon in max 2 minutes. Yes, even non-daily challange ones.
I do these 2 things:
     Select all 3 EM dungeons -> hit LFP -> wait for 10 seconds.
     If it didn't throw you into a lobby just go inside and search from there.
As for DB ones yeah it's dead as you can NOT search for party member inside. Use the lobby finder at top left or use the chat in bottom left 🙂
If you want a group for multi / daily train use faction chat. F8 is better for single runs, faction chat is better for multiple runs.

PS: Just don't play at unreasonable hours, like in the morning on a working day.
