Class Change

Hello everyone. I'm planning on returning to blade and soul and I have a question. Is class change going to be available any time soon? I have spent a decent amount of money on my character and would like to keep at least some of the items, so I was wondering if maybe the class change feature will be available and I could save some of the things I have collected over the time. It will be in the shop, and quite expensive. Also keep in mind you wont be able to convert any skins etc if they do not exist for the given class.
