class change is when you change your class. for example you have a hm 27 gunner and you change it into an archer. you keep every item. class specific gear will be changed to the correct class.

 

you probably meant lv 60 booster.
but why would that be a bad thing? bns has about 1000 active players. if we got more ppl, that would only be better

While the exact player count is unknown I highly doubt NCSoft would keep it going for a thousand people. Realistically it's probably closer to five thousand.
