Cant find party members for lvl 20 blackram narrow epic dungeon quest

Hi i saw tutorials back in 2016 that you can cross s erver find members for normal dungeon by LFPing in F8 lobby where players will eventually fill up the party to enter in relation to Blackram narrow.

 

Just joined back game in 2022. Cant seem to find any of these features anymore, unless im missing something.

 

Appreciate any friendly advise on this!

They removed the low level stuff from F8, because the dungeon list got very long and confusing. For now just focus on the yellow/orange/purple quests, claim the soul boost (it's free) and get some nice starting items and when you finish the story, you'll be able to find parties to the current content dungeons.
