newbie questions

i got some items in received items. I clicked "select all" and then pressed "retrieve items" and it just hangs there. Is this because my inventory  (in my vault)  doesnt have enough space  or the inventory (on my character)  ?   I'm level 21, and i'm having such a hard time understanding all these items i'm getting, or how i can upgrade my  weapon and damage. Honestly the menus are not very intuitive and the item descriptions are vague. is there a third party resource or database that lists all the attainable items?

oh okay. i managed to get my stuff out of there. i realize i'm having trouble because at lvl 21,  Blackram Narrows is meant to be done as a party.  I can't get anyone to join so far.

just wait until you get strong enough to solo it, not many run the low lvl dungeons nowadays.

if you mean the blackram narrows as in story quest I believe you need to go straight forward instead of left to the dungeon

I'm not sure thou that part of the story still exists
