Problem with "climbing to greater heights"

Hello everyone.

Im level 46 at the moment and still havent received a quest letter for the wall dash skill ("climbing to greater heights" quest) i have completed all previous training quests and have unlocked "dive" and "surge" skills. Has anyone had this problem? Would be nice to find a solution for this problem. Thanks in advance.

It may have a story quest requirement too. Did you reach misty woods?
