How to complete the Ship Out achievement, after the 5/11 update?

Why was this moved out of the Bug Reports section of the forum? Without Aerodrome Stage 10 available, this achievement is impossible to complete and requires confirmation if this is intentional or not. Given the absolutely ZERO WARNING in patch notes whatsoever, I would believe it is a bug.

It's not a question for other players, it's a question for the administration, how will other players also know if the quest is bugged?
