Required level for arena

I remember the required level to do arena was 15. What's the required level today?

Is there any other requirement beside the chacrater level?

Its lvl 45 but unless you want to be utterly destroyed dont play it with lvl 45 you should first learn what your class can do. Also you cannot switch your specs so the game dosent give you the ability to use PVP skills before you are lvl 55 Hongmoon 7.
