Per our yearly tradition, the NC offices will be closed for the remainder of the year so we may take some extra time to rest and spend the winter holidays with our family. From everybody at NCSOFT to you, best wishes for happy holidays and a magnificent new year!

Many of us remain on call for any urgent issues—our Customer Support team will continue to answer inquiries submitted, and our weekly maintenance will continue to happen on Wednesday, December 29 starting at 4 a.m. PST.
