Again, any comment from an NCwest staff member?

Acknowledge the issue?

You have the solution on the plate here.

No, no they don't. If you're expecting them to ban literally thousands of players then I don't know what to tell you. Again, it was possible to sometimes access F5 even with GG unbypassed sometimes. Are they to be lumped in as well with those that did? They cannot use that alone as a factor and you are immensely foolish to think otherwise.

the so called claim to be "thousand" are the ones runing the game by cheating. So they should be removed

on the other hand there are so many complains that f5 was not working and other bugs gg caused...so many peopel there ...and thsoe would be thsoe who did not cheat ...so it could be  even more who don't cheat unlike what cheaters wanna claim it is.

If they are removed, the game dies. The time for NCWest to crack down was back in 2016 when we first got the game in our region...now it's so engrained into the culture that if they were punished (and there is no direct evidence for 99% of cheating, F5 access is not proof enough in any way since it was possible to sometimes access even with a functional Gameguard) that to boot them would be fatal to the game. Whales would charge back the maximum they could and move on.

Account Actions Taken Today

Today we indefinitely suspended over 800 accounts for egregiously exploiting a bug introduced in Game Update 119. Pending further investigation, we expect to convert most or all of these suspensions to permanent bans in January.

This action is not comprehensive. Also in January, and again pending further investigation, we expect additional accounts to be suspended or permanently banned. We also expect to address at least some of the ill-gotten or even accidental gains for everyone, regardless of suspension or banned status.

We will provide updates as we have them in the new year. No suspension appeals will be entertained.

That what happend in DCUO recently and here's the link: https://forums.daybreakgames.com/dcuo/index.php?threads/account-actions-taken-today.320085/
800 acconts effected and action taken  just like that, no whimping out (their player pupulartion isn't that great either but they do care about cheaters)

Meanwhile BnS still wants to keep the cheaters ruining the game!

If cheats are removed, game gets rejuvenated. Cheats are only "engrained into the culture" of your circlejerk community. There are plenty of us who don't use them. And most, who rather wouldn't, but feel pressured to in order to "compete".
As much as I'd love everyone bypassing GG to be banned, noone's stupid enough to think that would actually happen.

Best case scenario is for NCwest to fire off severe warning shots and repeat them if people don't fall in line.

As for the people who reported having access to F5 without bypassing GG; not even for a second have you thought those might have been bad-faith actors?

NCwest should have insight to what caused those issues and are those reports reliable.

Well I think they mainly put GG to mainly stop or try to stop the blatant ones without putting too much staff resources.

Then again that's to be expected from a game with declining profits. too much $$$ otherwise to invest in staff to get rid of these guys when a bot can do it much faster albeit probs not as good. lels
