Launcher Won't Install game

I've been having issues all day since patch, first I couldn't launch the game after downloading the update. Now I tried uninstalling to reinstall hoping that would fix the issue and it won't install. I don't know how to insert images here, but when I click the install button it grays out and nothing happens. 

no install progress can't click install again, I've reinstalled the launcher twice now. Tried to flush DNS change DNS I don't know what to do anymore.

Edit, I had to uninstall the launcher then reinstall it not sure if this will fix everything but I hope it does!

After hours of install and hours on watching the repair file option it still won't run now I'm getting this

I would edit my post, but it won't let me. So i repaired the file several times now, it seems to have fixed alot but there's still one pak file missing.

Have you figured out a fix for this yet? Been having the same issue all day.
