So, the post says "shortly"... 5 hours later, and still not even a word.

 

Are we finally going to give us the fixed pet gems? (bug)

 

Are you going to fix the incredibly unresponsive skills? (bug)

 

Can we expect the game-breaking bugs to be ironed out? (bug)

 

Can we finally do Koldrak without being stuck there forever? (bug)

 

Will the 6v6 people finally be able to play without performance issues and without getting stuck in obstacles? (bug bug)

 

Will you fix the game being completely unplayable because the sound device is randomly changed to the VR headset? (bug)

 

WILL WE FINALLY BE ABLE TO PLAY WITHOUT CLICKING ON OVERLAYS? SOMETHING GAMES FIXED BEFORE WINDOWS 95 WAS A THING??? (bug)

 

Will you fix the bugs you added to the camera? (bug bug bug)

 

Will you fix any of the over 130 bugs reported?

 

 

 

Or you say "List of fixes will be available shortly." because nothing will be fixed?

You will just cover your eyes and pretend the bugs don't exist?

Their way of saying they are completely useless is "Patch notes soon,fix soon etc"
Nothing is going to happen, they are working on fixing other things, oh wait they havent fixed anything for the last 3weeks ? KEKW

They literally stated there are fixes in this patch. Also very likely the reason why they did not post any is they need to get more confirmations from the devs and very likely one of the reported exploits is getting a fix which obviously should not be made public.

Its not like waiting will have any impact on your playtime or life. People need to chill a bit.

The maintenance started. What confirmations are needed now? And btw these kind of changes/fixes/integrations are not approved in the last second. You should know better. And we are not talking about hotfixes, but again, you  should know better. Good day sir.

She could not tell what she knows even if she did know. She is probably under NDA all the time. The communication gap between the player base and the official NcSoft staff comes from the "source". And by the way,  stop with the "dev" thing. They are just fixing things. They have other departments (i hope so) to inform us. The problem is that NcSoft (even with Aion and L2) adopted a strategy called "if you don't say anything you cannot be incriminated".
example(one of many!): if they said they will fix the pet gem problem this maintenance, and they could not do it - imagine the aftermath.

So better say nothing until the right time. Problem is that the "right time" may never come.

But they added a stupid "server maintenance compensation" box for the emergency maintenance they have done.

 

They could add a box with the 3 gems and be done.

 

They didn't do it because ... They don't intend to fix it.

We're being shafted in this aspect...

Hime cannot respond unless KR allows her to. But at this point it's clear that NCSoft is a dying company, given the absolute disaster of the BNS2 launch that cut their stock value in half. Expect a tear filled post announcing the game shutdown early next year following a period of oddly no content being added.

And there's no way to obtain immutable versions of those.

You can create your own from the beggining if you find pet packs and gem powders

They won't give you this type for free, its market kekw

Last 2 call to arms chests also gave immutable diamond garnet and obsidian, they were the lowest tier, this time they hand out 1 tier better. And the mess up was caused by this, there were no immutable versions of those gems at that tier so they created them for this update but they forgot to add stats while creating, and i am assuming they didnt check them properly so we got immutable gems with no stats.

That makes sense that we get inferior gems...

They don't play test the game, so, probably just committed the changes, even though they were botched.
