game crash in loadingstream !

after loading stream my game crash insta !  no sign for  waring or soemthing else !  i  clean my pc -windows !

 

NEW istalition nothing work !

 

any got a idear ! is only this game and engine ! instaltion works without problems! after loadingscream crash !

I had the same problem. It's because of the Microsoft Visual C++ (the game auto installs the one for UE4). Go on the Microsoft official page and download the appropriate "VC" for your OS. For me was the x64 one.
