Game is stuck at "the way of the" purple quests

Hey, so my friends and I all decided to play this game together in a party. Everything was going well until we started doing the first purple quest in the abandon well. While we were all doing the first counter quest, everything stopped and we're just stuck with our characters in default grey. We can't do anything to get out besides ending blade and soul in the task manager. Seems like it works after restarting the game and trying again. So just for anyone who runs into this issue, hope this helps!

this is a trouble with the cutscene i experienced that one time, but when i tried again everything worked properly so i ask you to try again today after maintenance
