Weak NCSOFT launcher full of issues

hello everyone,

 

I cannot download the weekly patch of BNS, somehow the launcher changed the path of where I installed the game and I changed it manually and even so I cannot update the game nor scan file it gives this error, and I have 275Gb free space:

 

 

I deleted $patch folder too but still the same issue

I will quit the game, I downloaded the game more than 3 time and it still doesn't wanna open.

I had same problem, the solution was to find these files in folder where the game is downloading and delete only those that the launcher failed to download.
Then hit update in launcher again.
BTW it took me around 45 tries.

Easily the worst game launcher I have ever encountered after playing 10+ different mmos. Hell, even LOTRO's game launcher works better. I cannot for the life of me understand how this launcher ever passed QC. Of all things, you have to get the launcher right. It's the first barrier to entry in the game and they couldn't even get that right.
