Please provide UE4 info due to constant delays in streams

Unfortunately, technical issues happen. We've been planning and preparing for the livestream for two weeks so I agree it's disappointing to not have it today. We'll go over the update's contents on Tuesday along with giveaways and a rundown of what's coming for the remainder of the year.

The staff working on preparing the update are only working on preparing the update. Even though, we're only less than 2 weeks away from launch, there are many more sleepless nights to come so we can get the update out the door on time. 🙂

What "technical issues"?

 

Was is a stream problem? There were half milion streamers online without any problem, moreover you posted on forum like 10 min before stream, if it was stream problem you had 10more minutes to fix it. You didn't even try..

 

Was it a server problem ? So then just do the dem stream and make an apology as a valid company...even Russia streams sometimes have "only talk" for 10 min streams, you could have at least answer few chat questions and move on.

 

I'm really sorry but this kind of behavior is really unacceptable from customer point of view, I work in quality assurance so I deal with customer complaints on daily basis and if I ever had done things as you, then I would have no customer at all.

i came back after a 3 year break and i am so shocked about ncsofts behavior.

 

i am sorry because you earn your money here, its your job and every job can sometimes be hard, but it would really be better if we would have someone that knows what he is doing in/with this game and handle stuff like he should and get the trust of the people back. this is a clown show, not just because of yesterday. we re at a point where no one believes the team anymore when you say there was a problem and thats really really sad.

 

i hope this behavior will change fast, if not new player will leave as soon as they see this.

You need to learn to live with it. I was a player since day one and just recently quit. I only log in from time to time to do some pvp matches cause i just couldnt accept it anymore.

The whole company is a joke. People are getting timeouted/banned in forum for complaining, Streams are not being done due to "technical problems" probably some employe just overslept. cheaters are not getting punished but encouraged to do so (for example pet pod event they even gave a tutorial righ on their forums), they dont see any problem in 5 fps dungeons and keep us waiting for 5 years to fix it, they ignore reports.........................................

 

To be honest some of the things are lawsuit worthy they do but its easier to just quit the game instead.

Do you consider being fast 2.5 years ? some might argue they where never good but id say it started with the Awakening update. All support for PVP was lost and most support for PVE was kept at a minimum. I mean can you imagine a company thinking its ok having a game where 2000€ pcs cant provide more than 10fps ? Most companys i can imagine even the most greedy ones would shutdown the game and fix it instead of doing this.

 

 

 

Edit: i dont hate this game. I hate the company behind it its the best mmo out there since 5 years but the publisher not even the dev make it not enjoyable.

Quite true, and it's unfortunate because it is an opportunity for the game to come back from the dead. Their constant changes and delays affect public opinion and perception of the company, mostly in ways that are negative to its image, leading to a loss of trust in the brand and corporation and decreasing sustainability of the product.

 

They have until September 8th to really get themselves on track in regard to both their general operation and team cohesion, as well as making the game more accessible in a number of ways. Once UE4 drops on September 8th, it's in the players' hands.

 

I am optimistic and look forward to returning, and hope they ramp up cosmetics as an incentive to support them financially. I'm no gambling addict and trove-like events don't interest me in the slightest. More cosmetics, less virtual casino. It would be great if they put up boxes in the store with every cosmetic available since release date, including in-game cosmetics. And if this new soul pass/boost system is any good and moves away from the p2w model, then i'll gladly pay for it.

I find that bns is a very good game leaving aside the lag and little optimization but if they follow if they will destroy a very good game just by being careless, careless with customer service and how abandoned they have it, not to mention that they only focus on the p2w.

So, what happened to the rundown of what's coming for the remainder of the year? You did not give us any information on that
