Known Issue: ‘System Err (300 : Server Authentication Failure)’

Hello all,

Today after our game update, many of you have reported the error ‘Disconnected from server. ‘System Err (300 : Server Authentication Failure)’ preventing you from logging into the game with some of your characters.

 

We believe the error is caused by an issue with Moonlight Souls – Stage 2 through 5 event item and are working on a fix to address these items as soon as possible. Our next step is to resolve this issue during an unscheduled maintenance—which is currently scheduled for tomorrow. We understand during this time you will not be able to log into your affected characters and know it is not our intent to keep you away from the game. During this time, the team will be building out the necessary fix to apply, test, and subsequently deploy to the live servers.
