Unlocking 3rd Spec. Warlock

Ok I'm a returning player, I haven't played since this game came out and a lot has changed. I created a warlock and I've already got to lv 60 HM 16 and I completed the Legacy of Hongmoon quest. When I hit K I can see my 3rd spec greyed out with ??? on it. How do I unlock it? What quest do I need to do, I heard it was called Reaper and I've seen the visual show case. Can anyone help me please, as much detail as possible.

It has not yet been implemented, I think it will come at the end of the year, when the summoner comes. sorry for my English

Warlocks 3rd Spec will be released in summer, most likely the july update. 

[Fortunaea]

It's grey cause it doesn't exist yet. I think it will be released this year though.
