Rebuy Hongmoon weapon

Hello! I just noticed that my Hongmoon Bangle can be usefull endgame and i sold it. I searched on the web where i could find another and went for the 2 vendors indicated. But the Hongmoon Bangle is not available there! Is this a bug or we can't buy HM bangle from them?

You cnanot buy it anymore. The hongmoon weapon path has been removed and discontinued. Story quest gives you a far far better weapon.
