The Armory Chests - Stage 6 Material Chests and beyond should be giving out the missing weapon upgrade materials as of this completed maintenance. If you open the boxes today, you should be seeing the mats.

 

The delivery of the missing mats are for those who open the chests prior to the maintenance.
