main quest me vs jinsoyoun (the war)

hello I was doing the main quest when the battle against jinsoyoun began (battle that begins in the capital of the storm with all the demons) and there I decide to go in Jadestone, and I come back to the capital and I try to close to the quest and impossible, the door is closed. I find myself stuck. what to do ? or maybe i went to the wrong place

try to visit the places you been on the way  before. Look for an NPC to re-enter the main questline. If you mention the Act and chapter that is, it would be helpful. Just a quick guess, if it is the main attack on Zeiwei, try also a look into the big portal thingie at brightstone.
