Maintain Custom Character Order When Switching Between Accounts

Hello NCSoft,

 

Whenever I log into a different account, the custom character order I locked on my other account(s) is reverted back to the default character creation order. It is very annoying having to move the latest classes from my 2nd page back up to the 1st page every time, since it is not click-and-drag, but shifting over each character one by one.

 

I would appreciate if someone on the team could look into this issue. While it is not a game-breaking bug, the point of implementing custom character order was for QoL.

Perhaps it has something to do with loading local UI vs. cloud UI.
