so basically im noob and playing solo

 

i got this mission but i cant find how to finish it

didn't get any letter from yuura ; what i can do ! is there any trick to get it !

and where i can get the rest of missing gear !

 

and another thing how to do this skill "typhoon" ! its not bonded

check your map for mushin tower, then windwalk there, look for the next stairway and go upstairs, there you should be able to meet Yura again. That letter is afaik no real letter, but rather a notice you can click at you quest log. The missing gear will come with the ongoing story quest.

ty the mssion done but how i can use "typhoon" skill !

Not sure if you're still looking for the answer to this, but by default the Typhoon skill is on the Q button.

Q should be there for Reaper, maybe check within the Talents Bar too in your tome. But hard to tell how limited that is, as long you haven't got the Ascension Quest (around 60 HM7) which gives also 3rd spec.
