upgrade cost reduction

I plan to do some major eqipment upgrades to two of my toon. Right now I just want to be sure (as much as possible): are there any planned costs reductions known? Anyone? Anything soon™?

I don't know about any changes though.

I expect weapon cost reduction / rebalancing coming soon, since we are still missing stage 7-9 of the non-raid path, and possibly a new soul / talisman tier.

For the rest asside the usual change from unrefined to stage 1 drops i would not expect much.

To my knowledge the next Raid weapon comes before pve path. Even KR dosent have stage 7 - 9 yet as far as i know. It could even be that they dropped the pve weapon.
