Movement My characters body is not moving?

So I recently started playing this game after a long absence. I decided to make the new astromancer. Strangely enough, my character can attack, run, windstride and etc. But he is stuck in a animation where his arms are by his side and his legs are still. Then his attack animations look like purple and black ribbons flying out. I've reset the game and everything but nothing fixes it. Not sure what this bug is. I have a high end pc so its not my system. 2tb SSD, 40gb ram, 2070 super max Q, I7 9th gen. Not sure how to fix. Please help.

It very likely means you have animations and skill effects removed. Try doing file repair on normal launcher.
