Act 9:Balance of Power, Chapter 3: A Realm Above, Entering Divine Realm bug

Hello,

 

i was doing the Story quest mentioned Above in which i went to the Divine realm, when i had a disconnect and relogged back i was (or still am) at the Dasari Palace.

The quest says to talk to the NPC Kangsan, who apparently brings me back to the Divine Realm, which then starts a Loading Screen and here i have the strange bug where i just keep getting stuck in an infinite loading screen with changing Tips. at first i thought its normal but after like a 1h break it still was loading. Restarting the game only brings me back to the same spot infront of Kangsan AND reinstalling didnt work...

 

Some infos (which might help i dont know)

- My Character is lvl 60 hm 16

- Class: Gunner

- OS: Windows 8.1 64bit

- Cpu: Amd Fx 4300

- Ram: 16gb DDR3 Crucial Hyper X Sport 1866

- GraCa: Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050Ti

- 500gb SSD Kingston

Update: i deleted random files and let the Repair check in launcher run through the game, after some 3gb downloading the problem got fixed, it seems the game got corrupted and a reinstall just had the same issue, seems repairing it is the easiest and "fastest" option i had.

I'm having this exact same issue and I have no idea how to fix it.

also stuck, after disconnect i can't get to the quest area where kangsan is located, i have to speak to him but i cant get to that area since i've already tiggered the quest event to get into that area but exited when disconnected. Now i cant back in and continue...

I believe if you abandon the history quest and start the chapter from the beginning it should be fixed.
