Alternative way to obtain Oblivion and Dark Flames outfits?

Is there an alternative way to get the outfits in the title, like purchasing from a merchant? Oblivion drops from Desolate Tomb dungeon and Dark Flames drops from Gloomdross Incursion.

You could check the achievement merchant in Zaiwei or the Zen bean merchant.  if he does not have them then you can only drop them by running the dungeon.
