64 bit to 32 bit

I don't know where to put this but, I've been seeing on google that people are having trouble with the 64 bit launcher and I am too. I'm trying to switch it to launch 32 bit but like, it keeps saying I need the 54 bit client to switch it to 32? So switch to 32 is unchecked and I can't click it. I've also seen something about the NCLauncher.ini file but I don't see that either. Do you guys have suggestions about how I could fix this to make it run in 32 since 64 or whatever my launcher is, keeps constantly crashing at the splash screen? I'm on Windows 10.

Nowadays you should simply search on YT " BNS 32bit optimization guide" . seems like you did not tried that..
