Naryu Scantum bracelet dropped and the loot box disappeared after time.

We have been farming for the bracelet and it finally dropped, but our party member disconnected and he was the one in need of that bracelet. After few minutes the golden chest disappeared, without us even looting it. Can we have it back please. I dont understand why you guys said we opened the box? when we ddint even loot.

Well that's normal it's not some bug so i guess you just have to suck it up.

what you should do next time is have someone in your group loot the box and take the item for the base dungeon fee then send ticket to support with pics showing your friend dced

and ask if they can give it to your friend.... they sometimes do it with raids if proof via photo is given

you should always loot the box and take the item then send a ticket to support to ask it be given to the person who dced who needs it....
