PvP bracelet not account bound, but gloves are, bug or intended?

I tried sending over the moonrise bracelet but it's unable to be sent via sealing fragments while the gloves and other accessories can be sent, is this bugged?

Bracelet is always class specific while gloves, neck etc. are not. Reseal it to send it over to an alt.

@Ayanaye I can't reseal the PvP bracelet when i mouse over the icon it's grayed out, I tried it a PvE bracelet and it works, but not on the PvP one

Subjugator bracelet was also not able to be sent over. Only after a few patches later it was made mailable. Probably the same here.
