Help

So I started playing blade and soul last year and took a break. Now I just got back and made a new character. Here are some bugs I wondering if yall have answers to. 

1. When I try to delete a character now even when I put in delete with capital D and click confirm nothing happens I keep clicking and nothing, it doesn't do anything. 

2. When I'm doing the old man chos quest in cinderlinds I have to buy the fan from a fraction guild merchant but when I go to buy it here how it goes. I click on it and I cant by it even when I have enough money and when I keep pressing confirm over and over it just will not let me buy it. So I cant complete that quest and you know you need to complete that for future stuff 

3. I have those dragon trade pouch which let's you increase your slot in inventory but when I try to you mine I click enter and nothing happens it will not let me 

4. In my vault where you put stuff you dont need or just stuff for later I try to increase the slots like in my inventory and it does the same thing and like I said I have enough money it's like 10 bronze coins and it will not let me again do it.

5. Also the master Hongs letter thing that you get when you level up certain levels I cant get that I go and accept and then the window shows up to get the gifts and I click enter over and over again and it will not give the items to me I didnt have these problems when i first started playing this game last year and i have a character on level 60 

 

Soo does anyone have any answers to these and know why this is happening and is it happening to anyone else or just me??? Been dealing with this for couple weeks now

Did you try to verify the game files from the launcher ?

It does sound like client sided problem. When you open and login to NC Launcher, next to your selected language press "Scan Files" and let the client scan the files, see if that fixes your problem.
