How do you get the new Astrogirl

been gone for some time and seen i can get a free astrogirl charachter and free level to 60. have not planed on downloading bs to my new pc but thought i would try it. my question is how do i get her and leveled to 60 ?

People like you need to read the patch notes. Astromancer is available right off the bat. To get the free slot and 60 voucher you need to go into your F10 store then into HMcoin store then purchase the 0 hmcoin Cosmic Horizon Celebration bundle.
