I concur, I wonder where we can get the Cosmic Horizon Bundle, I can't find that myself for the level 60 character.

same i think it is a bug becuese the website does mention the other 2 things

I believe, if you claimed the bundle in f10 that gives the voucher already you will not get it with this code. If you have not gotten the voucher bundle, you should get the full pack.
