MSP IS BROKEN - HOW TO FARM OIL?

Well, now MSP take so long time and dont have materials like before. How to farm Sacred Oil? Please, dont talk to go to Basin... If we lose MSP to farm, we need another way to farm Sacred Oil. Would like to know what NCSoft is thinking about that.

So revamp was for making us crash every stage because you didnt just alter the rewards but added some new (imaginary) entities to make us lag and ultimately crash every now and then.

 

32/64, min/max settings, all game does is crash. and then all of us need to be HM24 to participate in such event. And then the chance for evolved is every stage!? sounds nice, aside the fact that we can get plenty goodies from RNG already and to the rough estimate 4 days in: its even worse than old stage 4 chest. Like @Hime and those whom it may concern. This is another nail in the coffin, limiting new players in not only gold but ressources.

 

We here in EU/NA are aware that you have no position or rights since everything comes from KR (and they arent any longer interested in pc market) and you can only pitch ideas to them. But what suprises me many old players switched to KR because the game performs better than EU/NA despite being further away.

 

Rendering back to this topic:
 

  1. Is MSP intended not to drop twice on weekends or is this just another bug?
  2. Can something be changed so it doesnt perform even worse than IA?
  3. Could you add the MSP NPC outside so one wouldnt always have to run in there and risk crashing?

That'd be nice!

I don't understand why they keep adding content for players that are already powerful. The weapon enchantment system, and now this compound system? These upgrades are so useless. Why not add another level cap or a new piece of gear? Or add an area that benefits newer players so they can participate in current content?

Greed. A powerful player most likely already spend some money on the game and will continue spending with new systems/content for them. A company should be interested in making as much money as possible, but it should also listen to the people who spend the money. This is called community management, it is work and not easy. However NCsoft has a very poor mindset when it comes to NCwest: Make money with little to no additional effort. So the western community has little to no influence on the game with it's feedback.

Thankfully there is no need for players to get this to play through the latest dungeons, as the damage output is beyond ridiculous for the dungeons.

Why would you need to farm Oil? is it for your own consumption or to sell it?

If for your own consumption, probably their assumption is you will run MSP anyway for whaling your Runes, so you get evolved stones along the way.

As you can see, MSP is harder now BUT the price of evolved stone didn't increase AT ALL. So you can say that the WHALES dont need to buy from the marketplace anymore because they got from MSP themselves, probably?
