BnS anniversary shoes

Hello,

 

I was one of the lucky winners of this years BnS anniversary shoes, more specifically I won on the big celebration live stream.

 

They asked for my shipping details and after I submitted them I have not heard from them since.

 

I contacted them about 3-4 weeks ago and asked for an update but I am still waiting for a reply.

Opening another 2 support tickets which got answered with "write them on the community email" which I did.....twice, still no reply.

 

After Jonathan and Justin left there is not really anyone from the community team I could contact over twitter so I see this as the only option to make them see my concern about the whereabouts of my price.....

Prize shipment is one of our outstanding tasks. We have not been able to be in the office to ship, but at the same time, I don't want to delay it any further because of the pandemic. I've gotten approval to enter the office and prepare all shipments. We'll send another email this week to reconfirm addresses as it has been a few months. Thank you!

if that's recent, you will have to wait, since I've waited for my prize of Costume design for a whole month now..... and no emails replying after I sent 3

Thanks for your reply, in the meantime I have not received an Email yet. If you already sent an Email please contact me on here, my game Email or on twitch because I can't find it in my Email inbox.

I dont get why my wife had to chase you guys 2-3 times in order to get a response in regards to tracking details about her prize. You contacted her a few days ago saying you will pass this on to her when you have the details. To me it sounds like the item still has not be posted out. 

i think it is just ridiculous that its taken so long. Yes we all may be working from home but there has been lots of movement. Offices are funtioning with a skeleton staff. There are facilities to post items out,
If you cannot mail out the items because you cannot get in to the office, then you should have communicated with the winners what alternatives are avaiable.

If you do plan to run any future events where physical prizes are due to handed then the community cannot trust you as you have failed to the items for a sweepstake taht took place almost 10 months ago.
Its sad that you expect people to have faith in you when all you do is just trample on it. If you want to save yourself here then i suggest you do what needs to be done here.
1. Either ship out the prizes as you should do
2. Offer something else in return
3. Give out no prizes and devoid the competition

 

Your T&C's for the competition allow you to do either of those choices.
I am sure you will not disappoint.
