It means one of the following: 1. they dont read the ticket and give you some automatic answer, 2. They read the ticket but cause they dont get information from KR they cannot tell anything, 3. You got the wrong person and this person has no idea about the game at all since most NC employees are not playing the game and are not interested in it either.

4. Ketsura wrote the ticket in a way that confused the auto-reply bot. xD
