how much big the stage 1 installation?

can't play even though the client says stage 1 is playable, i've download like More than 12GB but when i click start game, i got error message like this

i want to play BnS again it's been 1 years since the last time i play

Theoretically Stage 1 - only allows you to create and customise your Character, you will not be able to go past creation until you fully download the game,

For your error, just fully download the game and see if the error still persists.
