any range class is usefull in raids, and the usefulness depends mainly on the role they get to do and not on the class itself. Also you can only be as useful in end game raids as your gear is, so unless you will gear it up to a very decent point, you wont be getting into end game raids xD  Out of the 3 you mentioned just pick the one you have most fun playing with, since there are a set of balancing changes that buff each of them.

FM 3rd spec will probably be fun to play aswel so...make your pick.
