First and foremost. When i click in the support tab to "send a ticket" it instantly redirects me to my account settings data without actually setting up the ticket.

Second. When i wrote to that address. No one responds, no one reads(i have set "message read check" to true).

And when i tried that to do client rep, it gave me the "very" friendly blue death screen. And if i'm to present a screenshot of blue death screen, i cannot as i have old phone and well, never known anyone who made a screenshot of their own death screens with their "dead" computers. :D
