Dragon knight armor

Hi everyone. I started playing a couple of weeks ago and am trying to level my character and earn enough materials to make the perfect version of my character. The main thing I'm trying to figure out is, is there a way to get the dragon knight armor outside of the event it showed up in? Any help would be great.

not as far as I know, pretty sure you're gonna have to wait for it to come around again unfortunately. It's that way for a lot of outfits in this game.
