i forgot my pin and i send a ticket to support but they will contact me in email or in the website please tell me

and will take to long?

due to Covid-19, they usually take 4 days to respond back to you. You will get notification in your email once they responded, but if their respond did not solve your problem and you need to reply them back, you will have to go back to Support Page on the Website : https://support.bladeandsoul.com/hc/en-us
