Call to Arms Token Sacred Vials

These Sacred Vials are not resetting every week. I bought 3 last week and it still shows up as 3 this week. Is this intended? I don't see where that is communicated on the patch notes.

it is intended. This was mentioned either in a forum post or in Reddit and comnfirmed. This event is just per account 1 time and thats it.
